PAYMENT

VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery cards.

We also accept Personal or Bank checks, and will ship your order after your check has cleared.

RETURNS

Except as noted, within fourteen days of the receipt of your order you may return your purchases to us for a full refund, minus shipping and insurance charges. The exceptions to this policy are for special gem cutting and metal fabrication/casting work performed to produced product(s) to your fill custom order(s). All returns must be in the same, unaltered and undamaged condition as when the goods were shipped. The returned item(s) must be shipped fully insured, and all shipping and insurance costs to return the item(s) to N.E.G.S. must be prepaid by the returning party.
